Disc Problem Pilates Workout

These Pilates for disc problems exercises have been created as a treatment for disc prolapses/herniation. They are also suitable for other disc conditions such as degenerative disc disease. Moving the spine and building strength in the muscles that support the spine are all essential when recovering from a disc problem.

We suggest that if you have had a recent episode of disc pain or in the early stages of your recovery that you only do beginner level videos. Please contact Lyndsay for further advice before moving to intermediate level videos.
